This page is for fellow dentists in Karnal and nearby districts who occasionally need a maxillofacial surgeon for cases outside the scope of general practice. Dr. Nainik Mehta (BDS, MDS, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery) accepts referrals for the surgical procedure only, general and restorative care stays with you.
Cases accepted on referral
Impacted third molars
Surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth, including deep impactions and cases near the inferior alveolar nerve.
Implant placement
Surgical placement (with grafting where indicated). Prosthetic phase returned to you, or completed here, your choice.
Maxillofacial trauma
Dentoalveolar and facial injuries, jaw fractures, and soft-tissue management.
Pathology & biopsy
Evaluation of suspicious lesions, incisional/excisional biopsy, and cyst management, with a written report to you.
TMJ disorders
Assessment and management of joint pain, clicking and restricted opening not responding to first-line care.

How a referral works
Call or WhatsApp the referral line
A one-line case summary is enough to start. Urgent cases (trauma, swelling, suspicious lesions) are prioritised the same day.
Send records
Share X-rays/CBCT, relevant history and your notes over WhatsApp or with the patient. We confirm the plan with you before proceeding.
Patient returned with full notes
After the procedure, the patient is sent back to you with a complete operative summary, post-op instructions given, and follow-up guidance, every time, without exception.
The promise
Your patient remains your patient. We treat the problem you referred, nothing more is prescribed, proposed, or upsold.
Referring dentists are named in our notes to the patient, so the trust flows back to you.
How to refer
No forms. WhatsApp the case directly: the patient's name and age, what you have found, and any X-rays or notes you already have.
